INTRODUCCIÓN
El Sistema Integrado de Matrícula (SIMAT) es la herramienta oficial del Ministerio de Educación Nacional para organizar y controlar el proceso de matrícula estudiantil en Colombia. El incumplimiento afecta directamente la asignación de recursos, la determinación de plantas docentes y puede generar observaciones en los procesos de inspección y vigilancia. Para instituciones privadas, puede afectar la renovación de licencias de funcionamiento.
